Directions to Jean from Ivanpah or Roach

• If you are out on Ivanpah or Roach, return to Buffalo Bill's and take the on-ramp for I-15 North.


• Follow I-15 North about eight miles until the exit for the casinos in Jean, NV.


• Just north of the casino on the easterly side of the highway is a gas station / truck stop. The back exit of the truck stop is Las Vegas Blvd. which runs North, parallel to I-15 heading towards Las Vegas.


• Follow Las Vegas Blvd. North about a mile until you see a side road on your right heading out towards the train tracks.


• Turn onto this side road and head East, pass under the railroad tracks and follow the straightest track down onto the lake bed.


• Most of the lake is visible from here. Look for our camp out on the lake bed.
