Future of the SBBB/NABX
There has been much speculation about the future of Spring Break Buggy Blast. I'm writing this letter to let you know that the event is in good hands with my full support and encouragement.I decided to retire from active organization of SBBB this year and welcome the new official organizers. They will do a great job this year and in the years to come. The new organizers are, in no particular order: Claxton Thompson, Dean Jordan, Dave Kennedy, Dave Arnold, Sherrie Arnold, Scott Skinner, and Blake Pelton. Each and every one of these people has committed their time and money to making this the best SBBB ever and I am grateful that they have come forward.
Whether you come to the desert to ride in peace and solitude or come to see just how fast you can go, I encourage you to support the event and the new organizers. They are doing this for you, the Buggy Pilots of the world, and keeping a ten-year tradition alive and well into the future.
