Monday morning the Ivanpah Dry Lake was observed from the south.
Event officials were less than optimistic as to when it would be dry
With Roach becoming increasingly more crowded with the constant arrival
of SBBB attendees, one group sought to check out conditions at Jean
"Nevada" Jim readies his Hi-60 in the light morning air

(But the lake was dry providing a larger venue if needed)
